1. Purpose and Commitment

Trading GmbH (EUR) are committed to delivering reliable, consistent, and value-driven services that meet or exceed the expectations of customers, business partners, and other stakeholders.
As a procurement, logistics coordination, and supply chain solutions organization, the Company recognizes that quality is not limited to products or materials, but extends to every aspect of service execution, including responsiveness, traceability, operational reliability, communication, compliance with requirements, and continuous improvement.
The Company recognizes that it does not manufacture, certify, or control the production quality of products or materials supplied by third parties. Its quality value is derived from ensuring the proper selection, management, verification, traceability, coordination, and fulfillment of the products and services delivered to its customers.
The Company is committed to maintaining practical and effective quality management practices that support operational excellence, customer satisfaction, risk mitigation, and sustainable business growth.

This Quality Policy establishes the fundamental principles that guide the Company's approach to quality management, continuous improvement, supplier performance, customer satisfaction, operational controls, and service reliability.
The Policy serves as the foundation of the Company's Quality Management Framework and is supported by additional programs, procedures, controls, performance indicators, audit activities, corrective action processes, and other related governance documents.
2. Scope
This Policy applies to:
- L.O. Trading Corp. (LOT).
- Servicios Logísticos Internacionales S.A.S. (SLI).
- EUR L.O. Trading GmbH (EUR).
- S.V. L.O. Trading S.A. de C.V. (SVL).
- CN L.O. Trading Ltd (CNL).
It also applies to:
- All employees, regardless of position or employment status.
- Directors, managers, and company representatives.
- Contractors, consultants, and temporary personnel.
- Suppliers, service providers, and business partners whose activities may affect the quality of the services provided by the Company.
- Agents, intermediaries, warehouses, carriers, and third parties acting on behalf of the Company
- All individuals and organizations subject to this Policy are expected to support the Company's quality objectives, comply with applicable procedures and requirements, and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, services, and customer satisfaction.
Quality management is considered a shared responsibility throughout the organization and applies to all activities that may influence operational performance, service reliability, compliance with customer requirements, traceability, and overall business effectiveness.
Compliance with this Policy is a condition of employment, engagement, or business relationship with the Company.

Recognizing the nature of its procurement, logistics coordination, supply chain, and related service operations, the Company applies quality management practices that are practical, risk-based, scalable, and aligned with business needs.

9. Responsibilities
Quality is a shared responsibility that applies to all individuals and organizations subject to this Policy.
9.1. Employees and Contractors: Employees and contractors are expected to:
- Perform their activities in accordance with applicable procedures, requirements, and quality standards.
- Support customer satisfaction and service reliability.
- Identify and communicate quality concerns, nonconformities, and improvement opportunities.
- Actively contribute to the identification of improvement opportunities and the continuous strengthening of processes within their areas of responsibility.
- Participate in quality-related initiatives and continuous improvement activities.
- Protect the integrity, accuracy, and traceability of records and information relevant to their responsibilities.
9.2. Leadership and Management: Managers and leaders are expected to:
- Promote a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Support the implementation of the Company's Quality Management Framework.
- Monitor performance and address quality-related risks and issues appropriately.
- Allocate resources necessary to support quality objectives and operational effectiveness.
- Encourage communication, collaboration, and improvement initiatives across the organization.
9.3. Business Partners: Suppliers, service providers, carriers, warehouses, contractors, consultants, and other business partners are expected to:
- Support the quality objectives of the Company.
- Fulfill agreed requirements and commitments.
- Cooperate with reasonable requests related to quality, compliance, and operational performance.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and responsible business practices within their areas of responsibility.
10. Continuous Improvement
The Company is committed to continuously strengthening its Quality Management Framework and enhancing the effectiveness, reliability, and consistency of its services.
Quality management is an ongoing process that requires regular evaluation, adaptation, learning, and improvement.
The Company may periodically review quality objectives, performance indicators, audit results, customer feedback, supplier performance, operational risks, corrective actions, and other relevant information to identify opportunities for improvement.
Employees, managers, business partners, and other stakeholders are encouraged to contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, services, controls, and business practices through collaboration, innovation, constructive feedback, and responsible decision-making.

11. Approval and Validity
This Policy becomes effective upon approval by Company Management and remains valid until revised, replaced, or withdrawn.
The Company may review and update this Policy periodically to reflect changes in customer requirements, business operations, quality objectives, regulatory expectations, governance practices, or organizational needs.
This Policy applies to all entities operating under the L.O. Trading group and shall be communicated to employees, contractors, business partners, and other relevant stakeholders as appropriate.
Compliance with the principles established in this Policy is expected from all individuals and organizations subject to its scope.
The most current approved version of this Policy shall be maintained and made available through the Company's designated communication and document management channels.
